Do our products contain alcohol?
We don't use any alcohol in our products. This includes our vanilla which is alcohol free.
Do our products contain gelatine?
We don't use gelatine in any of our products.
What is Chantilly Cream?
Chantilly is our freshly whipped cream that is made with real vanilla with a touch of sugar.
Are all of our products made in-house?
All of our products are made in-house, with the exception of the gelato. Our gelatos are made by local Italian suppliers.
Do you do event catering?
Please do get in contact with us to see how we can help create A Decadent Affair at your event.
Can I purchase a whole cake or products for an event?
We make whole cakes to order. We require 7 days notice for the cakes, brownie and tiramisu trays.

How far in advance should I place my order for a whole cakes?
We recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.

Can you dine-in?
Unfortunately not at the moment. We offer a direct order and delivery service (within a 3 mile radius) through our website. Additionally, you can find us Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
You can always collect and receive 10% discount when you order from us directly, and even meet us!

What areas do you deliver to?
We currently offer delivery services within a 3mile radius If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please enter your postcode at when ordering online.

Can I customise my dessert order?
Absolutely! We have even put some of the customisations on our official menu!
Please visit our Order online page and select any of the ‘Make Your Own’ items on the menu.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us 020 8262 3438 to see how we can resolve the issue.

What do I do if I have a delivery issue with my order?
For Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat, unfortunately we have no control over the delivery, it is best to contact the platform.

For orders direct from us, your delivery is handled by our partner Slerp, you should receive an email and a text with the delivery details which will include a driver tracking link and also how to get in contact with Slerp.
